Specially Selected Spinach & Goat Cheese Pizza

Sometimes I buy stuff because it looks so pretty and delicious on the packaging, but then I open it up to discover what’s on the inside, doesn’t quite match up with what’s on the outside. In this instance, that was not the case.

For a limited time, ALDI will be selling these Spinach & Goat Cheese Pizzas from their Specially Selected line for $3.49. ¬†They are in the frozen department and come assembled this beautifully straight out of the package all the way from Europe! Just pop one in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes and it’s done!

This pizza has a thin, crispy crust, and topped with a tomato based sauce, emmentaler cheese, lots of spinach, tasty cherry tomatoes, and circles of smooth and creamy goat cheese. The ingredients are pretty simple and wholesome too. Nothing funny you can’t pronounce!

The pizza weighs around 16 oz. and serves 3, so if you have a large family, be sure to pick up a couple. I made one this week for lunch and paired it with the mini sweet peppers that are on sale this week. So delicious! I even had leftovers for today! Double bonus!

This is an ALDI Find so I’ll definitely be stocking up next time I’m in store. What is your favorite kind of pizza from ALDI?
