We like smoothies here at our house, so when I saw this on my last shopping trip I decided to give it a try.
WOW! I made a simple smoothie with this and it turned out great! Normally, I will throw in a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and a healthy dose of chocolate syrup. With this powder there was no need for chocolate syrup (less sugar!!) and a couple tablespoons of this stuff has only 1.5 grams of fat compared to regular peanut butter which has 16 grams!!! Simple Chocolate Banana Smoothie (serves 1)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons Simply Nature Peanut Butter Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk (I used vanilla soy)
- Chop banana in chunks.
- Add banana, powder, and milk to blender
- Blend to desired consistency.
